Commonwealth Bank is seeking an Executive Business Advisor to support the EGM PeopleX, helping navigate a broad, fast-moving portfolio and ensure focus on critical priorities. You will be a trusted partner, synthesising insight and providing strategic direction to senior stakeholders across CommBank.

You’ll anticipate needs, connect PeopleX priorities with the wider HR agenda and push forward key initiatives in AI, technology and workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Seasoned strategic operator with curiosity and pace in complex environments.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, Chief of Staff or Executive Advisor roles.
• Consulting experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and thought partner to the EGM PeopleX, guiding priorities.
• Coordinate with PeopleX Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to align actions.
• Anticipate decisions and prepare the EGM for crucial conversations.
• Turn complex information into concise executive briefs and viewpoints.
• Identify dependencies and opportunities across AI, technology and workforce change.
• Drive momentum and clarity across teams with external insights.
