Melbourne Health in Melbourne's Parkville precinct is seeking a Senior Business Partner – Business Partnering Leadership to lead a growing People and Culture team. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver key people initiatives, support change programs and help shape workforce transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing a team of Business Partners.
• People & Culture expertise across strategy, performance, investigations, change and transformation.
• IR/ER knowledge in complex environments with multiple Enterprise Agreements.
• Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Public healthcare experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: build a high performing Business Partnering team and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Capability uplift: coach leaders, address leadership gaps and drive transformation.
• Best Practise Advice: guide managers on performance, misconduct and complex people matters with thorough records.
• Systems, policy and documentation: improve data, policies and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Culture and events: champion values and foster collaboration through events.
