Queensland Parliament is seeking two customer-focused P&C Support Officers to join our People and Culture team in Brisbane. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce programs, delivering exceptional service to managers, candidates and staff.

As a key contact, you will build strong relationships, provide trusted advice, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administration.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to person for workforce enquiries, delivering service to managers, employees and candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from advertising to onboarding and records.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice.
• Contribute to workforce programs and initiatives that enhance capability and engagement.
• Prepare high-quality reports and workforce resources for decision-making.
