• Partner with managers, employees and functional teams to understand issues, develop solutions and build capability.
• Advise, coach or deliver projects to improve employee experience and workforce outcomes.
• Champion an inclusive, purpose-led culture and support vulnerable children and families across Victoria.
• Collaborate with HR BP team and senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
