Anglicare Victoria is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Business Partner to support frontline staff across Victoria. You will partner with managers and teams to understand issues, advise on HR solutions, and drive workforce capability.

You will use data to identify trends, influence stakeholders, and promote an inclusive, purpose-led culture. This role combines strategic HR with hands-on delivery to support vulnerable children and families.

Your role:

Partner with managers, employees and functional teams to understand issues, develop solutions and build capability. Whether you’re advising, coaching or delivering a project directly, you’ll help improve the employee experience and strengthen workforce outcomes.

Bring strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills, with experience in one or more People & Culture areas. You are confident using data to identify trends, balancing competing priorities and turning ideas into practical solutions. You’ll be able to put your skills to use with some of the sectors most dedicated and celebrated social care professionals, those who do their job for a purpose that we all believe in. Not only that but you’ll be able to focus on developing relationships and provide HR support to a specific division, allowing you to get to know the staff and understand the specific culture and support needs.

You’ll work closely with our team of HR BP’s and be supported by General Manager, as well as a P&C Team specialising in everything from Talent Acquisition and Learning to OH&S and Wellbeing.

Make it work for you:

• The total remuneration package of $144,653 ($129,154.46 base salary + $15,498.54 super). Hourly rate $65.36


• As a Not For Profit AV also offer salary packaging helping you significantly increase your take home pay.


• This is a full time permanent role.


• Office based with flex to work 1-2 days from home.

There will be a 2 step interview process, the 1st interview is with our General Manager HR and the Executive Director South with whom you would work.
