RP Infrastructure in Australia is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to act as an HR Generalist supporting rapid growth and a full employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive organisation development and employee wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a People & Culture Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and employment best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic, flexible environment.
• Experience using HRIS systems such as Employment Hero; proficiency with MS Office.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law or Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chief People Officer and support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, leave management, data management, performance management, staff transitions).
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive people initiatives and align with strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies; apply best practices.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services across employee lifecycle and organisational development activities (wellbeing, learning & development, recognition, graduate programs).
• Advise line managers on employee relations matters and maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and document systems.
• Contribute to organisational development initiatives and project delivery in collaboration with leadership.
