Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is hiring for a hands-on People & Culture partner to support a safe, engaged and high-performing workforce across Sydney Water projects. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you will manage core processes, provide practical advice, and help leaders handle employee relations fairly in a dynamic operational environment.

This in-person, five-day role is a genuine path to permanent employment, with the Redfern office and project sites; you will collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience in a People & Culture partnering role.
• Qualifications in human resources, employment law, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of industrial frameworks and instruments.
• Experience supporting performance management and addressing underperformance.
• Strong communication, advisory and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to deliver core people processes and practical day-to-day advice.
• Manage employee relations matters with fairness and records management.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations and role clarity requirements.
• Collaborate with payroll and People Services to maintain data and processing.
• Support recruitment, training, workforce consultation and change initiatives.
• Use workforce metrics to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain visibility across the operation and build trusted relationships.
• Complete admin tasks, reports, and process updates.
• Ensure compliance with policy, legal and HSEQ obligations.
