Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a Director, Employee Experience to lead the strategy and delivery of programs that strengthen workforce capability, belonging, and growth across employees’ careers.

You will direct talent management, leadership development, retention and succession, and ensure performance and reward frameworks are fair, transparent, and aligned with organisational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in complex organisations.
• End-to-end talent management and capability growth initiatives.
• Experience leading succession planning and retention programs.
• Experience developing and implementing performance and reward frameworks.
• Cultural capability with First Nations partnerships and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of Employee Experience programs.
• Develop Sydney Water's Employee Value Proposition and embed across processes.
• Coach and mentor; lead capability and leadership development, succession, and retention.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive inclusive, fair workplaces.
