Job summary

ISS in Australia is seeking People & Culture Advisors to join our team in an ISS Office in your State capital city. In this generalist HR role, you’ll partner with site leaders to drive engagement, retention and deliver impactful people initiatives.

You’ll support across policies, reward, performance, training and salary market testing, with occasional travel to client sites when an onsite presence is required. Strong communication and training skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and train large groups face-to-face
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Experience in a facilities/hospitality setting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure policy compliance
• Support reward, recognition, performance management and training initiatives
• Provide ER/IR support including grievances and investigations
• Guide managers on performance reviews, career development and salary market testing
• Support employee engagement and workplace morale initiatives
