As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will play an important role in attracting and supporting the people who keep our operations running at our Plane Creek Mill and Sarina Distillery. You will manage the end to end recruitment process, writing engaging job ads, sourcing and engaging talent, partnering with hiring managers, and coordinating a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. You will also provide on-site HR support, assisting with workforce relations matters, responding to employee and leader queries, and helping maintain clear communication across the sites. Key Responsibilities

About You

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with leaders and candidates.
