Job description

Provedore Store Manager – Yarrawonga

At Rich Glen, everything begins on our family farm.

What started in 1998, when father and son Franc and Daimien planted over 35,000 olive trees along the Murray River, has grown into a proudly family-owned business creating award-winning food, skincare and gifting products enjoyed across Australia.

Our Yarrawonga Provedone is where people can experience Rich Glen for themselves. It’s a little piece of our family farm - filled with flavour, warmth, beautiful products and good old-fashioned service with a smile.

We’re looking for a great people person who can lead.

You might already manage a retail team. Or you might come from hospitality, tourism or customer service and be ready for something different.

What matters to us is that you love people, know how to bring out the best in a team and care about creating an experience customers remember.

If you’re energetic, hands-on and enjoy being part of the action, this could be a great next step.

About the Role

As our Provedore Store Manager in Yarrawonga, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our Provedore, supporting the team to deliver the warm, genuine and memorable customer experience Rich Glen is known for.

This is a hands-on role. One moment you might be helping a customer discover their new favourite Rich Glen product, the next you’ll be supporting the team, keeping the store looking incredible or finding a better way to do improve processes.

You’ll help create an environment where customers feel genuinely welcome, team members feel supported and the store runs smoothly.

And because we’re a growing family business, there’s plenty of room to contribute ideas, improve the way we do things and make your mark. Rich Glen’s brand is built around being ideas people and creating space for people to contribute and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead by example to create an exceptional Rich Glen customer experience
  • Support, motivate and guide the retail team throughout the day
  • Help coordinate the smooth day-to-day operation of the Yarrawonga store
  • Create a welcoming environment where customers can discover, taste and enjoy the Rich Glen range
  • Maintain beautiful product presentation, merchandising and store standards
  • Support stock management, replenishment and general retail operations
  • Help the team achieve store goals while maintaining genuine, personalised service
  • Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and the way we work
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, products and great service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
  • Experience leading, supervising or supporting a team
  • A natural ability to connect with customers and create a warm, welcoming experience
  • A positive, energetic and hands-on approach
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confidence taking initiative and solving problems as they arise
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Most importantly, you’ll understand that exceptional retail isn’t just about making a sale. It’s about how people feel when they walk through the door - and making sure they want to come back.

Why Rich Glen?

At Rich Glen, you’re more than a job title.

We’re a family-owned business with deep roots in Yarrawonga, but we’re also a business that’s continuing to grow, evolve and try new things. Family, community, exceptional customer service and giving people the space to contribute are central to the Rich Glen brand.

That means there’s room for ideas, room to improve things and room for great people to make a genuine impact.

Culture & Benefits
  • Fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Remuneration to match your skills and experience
  • Meaningful team member benefits and Rich Glen product discounts
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Recognition of milestones and achievements
  • A supportive team culture built on trust, respect and collaboration
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact in a fast-growing Australian brand

If you’re looking for a retail leadership role with plenty of variety, great products and a team that genuinely cares about the experience it creates, we’d love to hear from you.
