The Langham Gold Coast is seeking an enthusiastic People & Culture Coordinator to support the HR Department and drive our service & colleague culture across The Property.
You will be responsible for employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefits, and supporting sustainability initiatives, reporting to the Director of People & Culture. You will be a true ambassador of our service culture and Langham Vision, Mission and Values.

The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and service-orientated Human Resources Coordinator, to support the HR Department and drive our service & colleague culture across The Property.
As People & Culture Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a full-range of employee engagement and community activities, employee related administration and ownership of identified recruitment. You will also act as the first point of contact for colleague and candidate enquiries.
You will assist in a variety of People & Culture functions in our dynamic and luxury environment, including recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll and benefits, employee relations activities and support our sustainability initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role takes a proactive role in supporting the candidate and employee experience as we work to build our Hotel Team and drive a service-centric culture. In this role, you will be a true ambassador of our service culture and the company Vision, Mission, and Values and be a key driver of our pursuit of excellence.
