Job summary

The Langham Gold Coast is seeking a part-time Concierge to deliver luxury guest experiences with meticulous service. In this guest-focused role, you will provide information, assist with bookings, and act as an ambassador for the hotel.

We're looking for candidates with strong customer service, excellent presentation, and the ability to work under pressure. Australian work rights are required; sponsorship is not offered. This role offers staff benefits and development opportunities.

We are seeking for service-centric and luxury minded service professionals to join our Concierge Team as a part time Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

In this guest focused role, you will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience and work in a team to deliver on our guest and brand objectives.

• Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the hotel
• Curate unique guests experiences by using your initiative and innovation to create out of the box experiences for our discerning clientele
• Assist guests with bookings, experiences, reservations and other services
• Be an ambassador of hotel facilities and venues

About You

To be successful for a role, you will have customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:

• Superior Grooming and Presentation
• Full Drivers License (Porter/Valet)
• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience
• Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
• Creative with an eye for detail and a flair for presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Australian work rights. Please note we are unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
