Government client (agency undisclosed) seeks an experienced People & Culture Business Partner, Case Management for a short-term contract through to 20 December 2026. The role operates in a high-volume, complex case management environment, requiring sound judgement, autonomy and the ability to manage sensitive and high-risk employee matters.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing complex employee relations in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and public sector policy frameworks.
• Proven ability to apply procedural fairness and manage risk in contentious matters.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex employee relations matters end to end, including grievances and workplace complaints.
• Handle health, wellbeing and fitness-for-work issues, including non-work injuries.
• Provide practical, risk-balanced advice in line with legislation and policies.
• Prepare accurate documentation and case records for stakeholders.
• Partner with managers and P&C teams to resolve matters effectively.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and discretion with sensitive issues.
• Prioritise multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
