Murdoch Children’s Research Institute is hiring a People & Culture Business Partnering professional in Melbourne. You will support employees and people leaders across the lifecycle, ensuring compliant processes and practical coaching across performance, conduct and employment conditions.

You’ll join a collaborative team reporting to the Senior People Partner, delivering tailored people solutions in a flexible hybrid model with onsite and work-from-home days.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in an HR or People & Culture role.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong written and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for employee and people leader queries.
• Advise on employee relations and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Provide practical guidance on policies, performance and employment conditions.
• Manage contracts, variations and offboarding processes.
• Monitor compliance across visas, probation and checks.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to tailor solutions.
