Kinatico is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to own end-to-end HR programmes across performance, engagement, growth and compliance. Reporting to the COO/AI Officer, you'll shape a people experience that enables the workforce to thrive and stay compliant across jurisdictions.

You'll lead recruitment support, ER matters, compensation reviews, and people analytics while exploring how AI can improve practice. Flexible Australia-wide work and investment in your growth are part of the package.

Formación

• Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' HR generalist or specialist experience.
• Experience owning and evolving people programmes end to end (Engagement, Performance, OH&S).
• Operational experience with psychosocial safety, WHS and ER requirements (Fair Work).
• Experience running compensation reviews with rigour and confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ownership of People function day to day.
• Curious, hands-on approach to HR technology and AI in HR practice.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Deliver & Develop and engagement programmes end to end, improving them every cycle.
• Operationalise Thrive at Work as a lived practice, not a checkbox.
• Support end-to-end recruitment with the Office and Culture Coordinator.
• Own ER matters and investigations end to end, with procedural fairness.
• Guide leaders on complex ER matters, escalating where risk warrants.
• Build people leaders’ capability to manage ER issues early.
• Own Kinatico's HR compliance framework across every jurisdiction.
• Maintain the policies and reporting that evidence compliance.
• Own the Thriving, Safe & Healthy Workplace risk cycle and HR administration accuracy.
• Lead the end-to-end compensation review, with confidentiality and rigour.
• Own people metrics reporting and feed insight into leadership and Board reporting.
• Recommend where transactional HR work can be automated.
• Hold the line on what stays human: ER judgement, investigations and comp calls.
• Drive adoption of Kinatico Compliance beyond People & Culture.
• Represent People & Culture at leadership level in the COO & AI Officer's absence.

Educación

Degree in HR or related field

5+ years HR generalist or specialist experience

Experience owning and evolving people programmes end to end

Operational experience with psychosocial safety, WHS, and ER requirements

Experience running compensation reviews with rigour and confidentiality

Strong stakeholder engagement and day-to-day People function ownership

Hands-on approach to HR technology and AI in HR
