Kinatico is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to own end-to-end HR programmes across performance, engagement, growth and compliance. Reporting to the COO/AI Officer, you'll shape a people experience that enables the workforce to thrive and stay compliant across jurisdictions.
You'll lead recruitment support, ER matters, compensation reviews, and people analytics while exploring how AI can improve practice. Flexible Australia-wide work and investment in your growth are part of the package.
Are you ready to be Kin-at-i-can?
People sit at the centre of every compliance outcome we help our customers deliver — and inside Kinatico, that’s exactly where you’ll sit too, shaping how our people show up, every single day. You’re a HR generalist or People and Culture specialist who leads with curiosity and has a bias for action. You think about the people function holistically creating a culture that enables our people to thrive — connecting the dots between engagement, performance and people compliance and the commercial outcomes they drive. You will own people programmes end to end rather than administering them from the sidelines. You bring sound judgement, discretion, and a hands‑on curiosity about what technology and AI can do for the way people work.
Reporting to the Chief Operating and AI Officer you will have support from the Office and Culture Coordinator to help with the logistics of designing and delivering a people experience that has impact.
As our People & Culture Advisor, you will own the following areas end to end:
Where our passion, talent, delivery and impact collide, our purpose lives. We help organisations truly know their people, taking away the burden of non‑compliance and making activities easy to manage and easy to complete. We are a leader in Reg‑Tech across Australia and New Zealand, and we are just getting started.
At Kinatico, we believe the best teams are built from diverse perspectives and growth mindsets. Research shows that while men apply to roles when they meet around 60% of the criteria, women and other underrepresented groups often wait until they tick every box. If you are excited about this role but do not meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Let’s have a chat and explore the possibilities.
