Dovida in Port Macquarie is hiring a People Coordinator to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience across the lifecycle. Based in Port Macquarie, you'll join a collaborative team where HR expertise will make a meaningful impact in a growing, people-focused organisation.

The role offers $85k salary plus super, full-time permanent. You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, advise leaders on employee relations, and support wellbeing, with benefits including a paid birthday day off,

• Formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills.
• Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.
• Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations - onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development.
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our people systems, processes, and employee experience.
