Job summary

ACCC is seeking an APS4 People Connect Officer to deliver a high-quality, fast-paced HR service across the agency. You will turn enquiries into practical advice and outcomes, supporting HR and recruitment processes from onboarding to system issue resolution.

You will work with ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion to streamline processes, enhance knowledge resources, and empower ACCC staff to focus on protecting consumers and promoting competition, in a collaborative, improvement-minded team.

Qualifications

• APS4 level HR experience with customer-focused service delivery.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding support.
• Ability to resolve system issues and improve processes.

As an APS4 People Connect Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, fast-paced HR service by turning enquiries into practical advice and effective outcomes. You will provide HR and recruitment support, assist with recruitment and onboarding, resolve system issues across ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion, and contribute to improving the processes and knowledge resources that support our people.

Your contribution will extend beyond day-to-day service delivery. By providing accurate, timely and consistent support, you will enable ACCC employees and leaders to focus on protecting consumers, promoting competition and supporting a fair, productive economy. Salary: $83,385 - $90,535 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
