Job summary

ACCC is seeking an APS4 People Connect Officer to deliver a high-quality, fast-paced HR service across the agency. You will turn enquiries into practical advice and outcomes, supporting HR and recruitment processes from onboarding to system issue resolution.

You will work with ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion to streamline processes, enhance knowledge resources, and empower ACCC staff to focus on protecting consumers and promoting competition, in a collaborative, improvement-minded team.

Qualifications

• APS4 level HR experience with customer-focused service delivery.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding support.
• Ability to resolve system issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and recruitment support to ACCC staff.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and workforce matters.
• Resolve system issues across ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion.
• Contribute to improving HR knowledge resources and processes.
