Job summary

ACCC is seeking an APS4 People Connect Officer in Canberra to deliver a high-quality, fast-paced HR service by turning enquiries into practical advice and effective outcomes. You will provide HR and recruitment support, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and resolve system issues across ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion.

Your contribution enables ACCC employees and leaders to focus on protecting consumers and promoting competition, with opportunities to improve processes and knowledge

As an APS4 People Connect Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, fast-paced HR service by turning enquiries into practical advice and effective outcomes. You will provide HR and recruitment support, assist with recruitment and onboarding, resolve system issues across ServiceNow, Big Red Sky and Aurion, and contribute to improving the processes and knowledge resources that support our people.

Your contribution will extend beyond day-to-day service delivery. By providing accurate, timely and consistent support, you will enable ACCC employees and leaders to focus on protecting consumers, promoting competition and supporting a fair, productive economy. Salary: $83,385 - $90,535 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
