Team Global Express is seeking a People Business Partner to support frontline operations and leaders with trusted HR advice across the employee lifecycle. You will manage high-volume employee relations matters and help drive positive employee experiences within a large unionised workforce.

This role partners with operational leaders to navigate Fair Work, policy and compliance while contributing to organisational change and workforce planning initiatives in a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist experience with solid foundations in employee relations and case management.
• Experience supporting large, operational or frontline workforces within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
• Experience working within a unionised environment will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to HR projects, organisational change or transformation programs is advantageous.
• A proactive, resilient mindset and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage a high volume of employee relations and case management matters, including investigations, performance management and workplace conduct issues.
• Support leaders in navigating Fair Work, policy, compliance and employee relations matters.
• Build trusted relationships with frontline operational teams in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• Contribute to the delivery of people initiatives, organisational change programs and transformation projects.
• Support workforce planning, talent, engagement and capability initiatives that drive business performance.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and broader People teams to deliver strong employee and leader experiences.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement practical solutions that add value to the business.
