We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join Piper Alderman as a People & Development (P&D) Manager, based in our Adelaide office, on a 12-to-14 month contract to provide fixed term parental leave cover (commencing no later than 29 October 2026), with the opportunity for up to 2 weeks’ handover.
This is a dynamic, hands on role where you will act as the primary P&D contact partnering with Partners, leaders and employees across both legal and business services groups and primarily servicing our large and busy Adelaide office, within a national P&D Team. You will be trusted to manage the full employee lifecycle while providing strategic guidance on people and culture initiatives.
You will work with our national P&D team to implement firm wide strategies in areas such as talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and organisational change. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting early careers activities such as clerkship recruitment, graduate onboarding and engagement events.
