Job summary

Kids First Australia is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our friendly People & Culture team in Melbourne. This part‑time (0.8FTE) role delivers end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes and pragmatic P&C advice to staff, while ensuring accurate HRIS data.

Based in Thomastown and Heidelberg, you’ll enjoy flexible working options, generous leave provisions, and our salary packaging benefits as part of SCHADS Level 3.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to work along-side our highly skilled, friendly and energetic People, Culture and Performance team.

Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you will take responsibility for the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, provide timely day -to-day P&C advice and support to employees and maintain the integrity and accuracy of our HRIS Data.
