Cricket Victoria seeks a People and Culture Advisor to join our Employee Experience team on a permanent basis, four days per week, commencing January 2027. You will lead recruitment, partner with business units, and drive a best-in-class employee experience across the lifecycle.

The role focuses on talent management, change initiatives, health & wellbeing, and WHS coordination, with an inclusive, fast-paced culture. A Working With Children Check is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor (Or Employee Experience Advisor as we like to call them) to join our Employee Experience team on a permanent basis, 4 days per week (or 30 hours per week across 5 days)commencing in January 2027.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring alignment with CV’s Ideals and strategic workforce needs
• Responsible for partnering with key business units, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering an exceptional employee experience across Cricket Victoria.
• Enhance employee experience across the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, using data to inform insights and recommend improvements.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
• Contribute to leading organisational change, including restructures and policy implementation.
• Support employee engagement survey action planning.
• Lead health & wellbeing, social, and staff benefit programs.
• Act as WHS Committee Secretary and coordinate WHS activities including return-to-work and Workers’ Compensation.
