Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a People Advisor to deliver practical HR support, focus on employee relations, and promote self-service tools. You will partner with leaders across the business to drive a positive employee experience while upholding local employment legislation and HR processes.

• A service mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.

As a People Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our people and leaders. Sitting within our People team, you'll provide practical, compassionate HR support that helps our people feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout their employment journey. Your work will directly contribute to a smoother employee experience and will help leaders make decisions that align with our values and support our culture.

You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to guide early employee relations matters, promote the use of self-service tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that make HR processes clearer, simpler, and more human.
