Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a People Advisor to deliver practical HR support that helps our people feel informed, cared for, and empowered throughout their employment journey. You’ll partner with teams to guide early employee relations matters, promote self-service tools, and drive improvements to create a human, efficient experience.

  • Experience providing HR or employee relations support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Service mindset with focus on solutions and continuous improvement.

As a People Advisor, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our people and leaders. Sitting within our People team, you’ll provide practical, compassionate HR support that helps our people feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout their employment journey. Your work will directly contribute to a smoother employee experience and will help leaders make decisions that align with our values and support our culture.

You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to guide early employee relations matters, promote the use of self‑service tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that make HR processes clearer, simpler, and more human. You will also be responsible for the following:
