Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Australia invites applications for an Adviser Care Consultant to support our adviser network with timely, high-quality assistance across phone, email and online channels. You’ll receive training and coaching on insurance knowledge, own inquiries end to end, and contribute to continuous improvement of how we work to protect Australian lives.

• Experience in a customer or client service role (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, etc.).
• Clear written and verbal communication—you’re confident speaking on the phone.
• Strong relationship-building skills with advisers, customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support existing and new advisers with product, process and policy questions.
• Respond to enquiries across phone, email and online channels (simple to complex).
• Provide technical support and quotes across Zurich Life product suites.
• Help with policy changes, payments, cancellations and complaint queries.
• Share updates and status on New Business applications.
• Process policy maintenance and general servicing requests accurately.
• Contribute to improving systems and processes, including basic user testing.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly, trusted point of contact for our adviser network—providing timely, high-quality support across phone, email and online channels. From day one, you’ll be supported with training and coaching as you build your insurance knowledge, take ownership of enquiries end to end, and help us continually improve the way we work—so we can keep delivering on our purpose of protecting Australian lives.

• A genuine interest in helping customers, with a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in a customer or client service role (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, etc.)
• Insurance or banking exposure is helpful but not essential
• Clear written and verbal communication—you’re confident speaking on the phone
• Strong relationship-building skills with advisers, customers and teammates
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems and work accurately
