Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative and driven Store Manager to lead a busy NSW store. You’ll lead from the front, develop a high-performing team, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll drive sales, manage rostering and payroll targets, maintain visual merchandising, and uphold the brand’s values and culture while nurturing growth and future leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands on experience across both shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• A warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels.
