Job summary

CollabPartnerz Pty Ltd in New South Wales seeks a Pega Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT, translating requirements into User Stories and guiding the implementation lifecycle with Business Architect and Lead Solution Architect (LSA). He/she will engage in development activities to ensure quality deliverables and may require on-the-job training beyond formal qualifications.

You will understand Pega property types, decision rules, flows, and interfaces; coordinate design decisions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega platform.
• At least 2 end-to-end Pega implementation experience.
• PCBA certification is an added advantage
• Experience with Pega software, frameworks or functional design.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Pega property types and decision rules.
• Coordinate with the Architect in taking design decisions.
• Exposure to understanding end to end designing overall Solution Architecture.
• Good Communication skills and listening skills to understand the requirements.
• Guidance in developing proposals in software design activities, financial evaluation and costing for recommending software purchases and upgrades.
