Job summary

Recruit CRM seeks a Pega LSA for a Melbourne-based contract role. The candidate should be Pega LSA-certified with 10+ years of Pega experience and CLSA certified on 8.x, with knowledge of Pegainstallation (24.2). You will break down user stories, guide the team, and own HLD/LLD while coordinating Confluence/SharePoint governance.

The role requires strong communication, strong SDLC and Agile expertise, and the ability to deliver under time constraints while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Pega LSA-certified with extensive Pega experience.
• Must be CLSA certified on 8.x, experience with 8.x/Infinity versions.
• Experience in Pegainstallation (Version 24.2).
• 10+ years of overall Pega experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, SDLC and Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into tasks and guide the team.
• Lead High-Level and Low-Level design (HLD/LLD) ownership.
• Govern Confluence/SharePoint, manage deliverables and RFP/RFI estimates.
• Mentor junior members and team leads; support CoE activities.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and drive architecture and implementation.

Role Type: Contract (6 months renewable)

Job Discription:

• OverallPegaexp should be greater than 10+ yrs.
• Knowledge onPegainstallation (Version 24.2)
• Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
• Should be able to support and guide the team.
• Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
• Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
• Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
• Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
• Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
• Must be able to manage the deliverables and work in the absence of team member
• Must be aware of allPegabest practices and guardrails.
• Must have good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in SDLC, agile and other implementation methodologies.
• Pegaimplementation methodology knowledge.
• Must be knowledgeable on ECS, Situational Layer Cake and Case Management
• Able to execute the Architectural Design and implementation
• Should be able to support CoE activities
• Should be able to support estimates for RFP’s / RFI’s.
• Able to mentor junior members/ Team leads in the team and help them technically.
• Experience in developing and managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision Rules.
• Must have SQL knowledge to execute DDL (preferred), DML and DQL
• Experience in various types of rules like Correspondence rules, Integration rules like traditional and DX-APIs, Validation Rules.
• Excellent knowledge on using debugging like Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, performance tools, PDC, and AES.
• Must be experienced on PRPC reporting tools.
• Must have experience having external integrations.
• Must have knowledge on Constellations
• Must have knowledge on Agents and Job Schedulers
• Must have knowledge on Channels implementation.
• Must have knowledge on skin rules implementation.
• Must have knowledge on Kafka, Kubernetes and Cloud technologies
• Must have knowledge on Blueprint, Gen-AI, Knowledge Buddy integrations.
