Job summary

Radical Recruitment is partnering with an established allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Speech Pathologist with a paediatric caseload on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers a genuine opportunity to deliver evidence-based services to children with communication, developmental, and swallowing needs within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Pathology Australia registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Current QLD Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
• A collaborative, family-centred approach to clinical practice.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full communication potential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred speech pathology assessments and interventions to children and families in a purpose-built clinic setting.
• Develop individualised intervention plans and monitor progress toward meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, carers and community partners to identify goals and monitor progress.
