Job summary

Health Workforce is seeking a Speech Pathologist (Paediatric) in Toowoomba, Queensland. Experienced or New Graduate welcomed. Full-Time or Part-Time with flexible hours and settings (clinic, home, school).

You will perform purposeful assessments, tailor therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions, working closely with families and caregivers. Travel within a 50km radius is supported with KM reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology and readiness to make an impact.
• Registered with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Flexible and mobile, travel within 50 km and KM reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct purposeful assessments to reveal each child’s potential.
• Create tailored therapy plans aligned with goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to drive progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain organised records and comply with best practices.
• Lead with excellence and support flexible full/part-time options.
