Job summary

Cars24 in Sydney is seeking an experienced PDR Technician to join our high-volume reconditioning team. You will perform paintless dent removal across a busy vehicle pipeline, conducting visual inspections and ensuring premium finish on every car delivered.

This full-time role offers stable hours, no weekends, and a structured performance bonus. You should have at least 2 years PDR experience, an accredited PDR certification, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on PDR experience in a professional automotive setting.
• Accredited PDR certification.
• Sharp eye for detail and finish quality.

• Positive, self-directed attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Willingness to undergo a police check.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality paintless dent removal across a high-volume vehicle pipeline.
• Conduct visual inspections and maintain rigorous finish standards on every car.
• Work closely with the reconditioning, workshop and delivery teams to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the refurbishment pipeline.
• Take ownership of your workspace and uphold safety and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Identify and elevate issues that fall outside PDR scope to keep quality and TAT on track.
