Job summary

Harmony Auto in Sydney is seeking a skilled PDI Technician to join its busy Pre Delivery Inspection Centre. You will perform pre-delivery inspections, fit accessories, and ensure vehicles meet manufacturer and dealership standards before handover.

You will conduct quality checks, complete basic mechanical tasks, update job cards, and collaborate with PDI, service, and logistics teams to keep schedules and safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PDI Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre delivery inspections on new vehicles.
• Fit accessories, parts, and protective equipment as required.
• Conduct quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Complete basic mechanical tasks and adjustments.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Update job cards and documentation in line with dealership processes.
• Work closely with the PDI, service, and logistics teams.
