Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond is seeking a PCB Production Technician to assemble circuit boards, run SMT lines, and conduct thermal/functional tests. You will document failures and analyze data to drive quality improvements while maintaining equipment and meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on electromechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate PCB assembly machines (SMT placement, reflow, solder paste, masking, inspection).
• Conduct thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware.
• Document failure modes and use data to improve quality and processes.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventive maintenance.
• Manage schedule priorities and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Perform component kitting and precise measurement to support assembly.
