Michael Page is seeking an experienced senior payroll professional for a high-growth ASX-listed mining organisation in Adelaide CBD. You will lead a major payroll transformation, moving from partial outsourcing to a fully in-house function, collaborating with finance, HR and leadership to implement a fortnightly payroll cycle and scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the transition of payroll services from a partially outsourced model to a fully in-house function.
• Assist with the implementation and management of a fortnightly payroll cycle.
• Identify, recommend and implement payroll process improvements and efficiencies.
• Ensure accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll processing (150 employees)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and document payroll procedures and controls.
• Support payroll systems optimisation and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards and organisational policies.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Provide ad hoc support across accounts and finance functions as required during off-pay weeks.
• Act as a key payroll subject matter expert within the organisation.
