Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Payroll Officer for a 12-month contract in West Perth. The role focuses on accurate fortnightly payroll processing in SAP ECP, with involvement in checks, reconciliations, reporting and process improvements.

You will set up new employees, handle TFNs and superannuation, and manage EFT requisitions while supporting payroll system testing and documentation updates. A strong Australian payroll knowledge base is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll in a complex environment with allowances, deductions, rosters and bonuses.
• Experience managing high-volume payrolls and ensuring accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll in SAP ECP.
• Set up new employees including TFNs, tax declarations and superannuation.
• Prepare fortnightly EFT requisitions and submit for approval.
• Reconcile net pay to bank files and support STP/payroll tax reconciliations.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and leaders within service timeframes.
• Participate in payroll system testing and update payroll procedures.
