• Investigate and manage employee payroll overpayments, identifying root causes and amounts owed.
• Coordinate overpayment recovery processes, including repayment arrangements and follow-up.
• Review payroll data and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries regarding overpayments and payroll adjustments.
