Primo Foods is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team in Chullora on a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential to transition to permanent. You will support payroll, timekeeping, and employee records, working with site leaders, HR and Finance to ensure compliance and timely processes.

Key responsibilities include processing payroll data, maintaining records, and setting up new hires in Kronos and ADP.

• Experience processing payroll in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Process payroll-related time and attendance information in line with relevant Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Capture, report and validate labour hire hours and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, pay levels and leave entitlements.
• Set up new employees in ADP and Kronos systems.
• Support payroll processing and ensure payroll deadlines are met.
• Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping enquiries.
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments and termination payments.
• Prepare and upload superannuation payments.
• Manage and maintain HR personnel records and files.
• Monitor and report payroll system or Kronos issues and support accurate overtime approvals.
