Primo Foods in Chullora, NSW, is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support payroll, timekeeping, and employee records across the business, working with site leaders, HR and Finance to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.

This hands-on role requires Kronos, ADP and SAP experience and a proactive mindset to improve processes and the employee experience.

Primo Foods is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team in Chullora on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. This role is responsible for supporting payroll and workforce timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate employee records, attendance data, and payroll-related administration across the business. Working closely with site leaders, HR, Finance, and employees, you'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, meeting critical deadlines, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related time and attendance information in line with relevant Enterprise Agreements and Awards
• Capture, report and validate labour hire hours and supplier invoices
• Maintain accurate payroll records, pay levels and leave entitlements
• Set up new employees in ADP and Kronos systems
• Support payroll processing and ensure payroll deadlines are met
