The successful candidate will collaborate with Human Resources to interpret entitlements and industrial obligations, ensuring seamless payroll operations in a dynamic Northern Australia environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with weekly and fortnightly payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and fortnightly payroll for 200+ employees.
• Accurately enter timesheets and leave applications.
• Complete payroll reconciliations.
• Manage superannuation and tax obligations within payroll system.
• Handle payroll queries with timely support.
• Collaborate with HR on entitlements and industrial obligations.
• Maintain payroll system parameters per policy and legislation.
• Support improvements in payroll processes.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks.
• Update employee tax schedules per governance standards.
