Scotford Fennessy in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist based in Bentley to deliver accurate fortnightly payroll for around 750 staff in an aged care organisation. This hands-on role sits within a supportive team and offers on-site parking.

You will manage end-to-end processing, respond to queries, interpret awards/enterprise agreements, and ensure payroll compliance including NES, superannuation and accruals, with some work-from-home flexibility 2 days per week

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with awards and enterprise agreements.
• Strong payroll compliance knowledge (NES, superannuation, accruals).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain a police clearance.
• Chris21 ERP experience mandatory.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for ~750 employees.
• Process new starters, terminations, leave, allowances and adjustments.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Interpret awards, enterprise agreements and payroll conditions.
• Manage payroll compliance including superannuation and accruals.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
