Job summary

HammondCare is inviting applications for a Payroll Coordinator to support fortnightly payroll processing across our residential and community teams. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and can be based in Sydney (St Leonards) or Melbourne locations.

You will maintain payroll records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely payroll support to staff and managers while developing expertise in UKG, Workday and Chris21/iChris. Aged care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' Australian payroll experience and end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Experience with UKG, Workday, iChris/Chris21, or KRONOS is highly regarded.
• Experience in a multi-site environment is desirable.
• Experience in aged care/health settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll accurately, handle employee changes, leave and deductions.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and generate reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Awards and agreements and statutory deductions.
• Provide payroll support to employees and managers and resolve enquiries.
