Martian Logic is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a client-facing pre-sales role in a SaaS environment. You will explain payroll and compliance strengths to mid-market prospects, guiding decisions and supporting the sales team.

You will translate complex requirements into compelling business cases, highlighting awards, STP, and screening capabilities. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Australia with lucrative earning potential.

Qualificações

• Solid payroll experience, ideally gained at a payroll provider, bureau, or software company.
• Confidence explaining payroll and compliance concepts to HR and Finance decision-makers.
• Enjoyment of client-facing, consultative conversations.
• Interest in moving into SaaS / technology pre-sales.
• Collaborative style and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Australian awards and Single Touch Payroll (STP).

About the Role

In this permanent full-time position, you will use your payroll expertise in a client-facing pre-sales capacity. You will engage with mid-market prospects, clearly explain how Martian Logic's payroll and compliance strengths solve their challenges, and help the sales team win new business. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, and guiding organisations through important technology decisions.

What We Offer

• Base salary $130,000 – $160,000 + superannuation
• Attractive commission structure with OTE of $190,000 – $230,000
