Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our payroll team, supporting approximately 400 weekly and fortnightly paid employees across multiple manufacturing sites. In a fast-paced environment, you will deliver accurate payroll services while supporting employees and stakeholders across the business.

You will work with EBAs, payroll legislation, and multiple payroll systems, including Chris21/iChris and Workday, to ensure timely and compliant payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, EBAs and awards.
• Experience using Chris21/iChris payroll systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payrolls for a predominantly wages-based workforce.
• Interpreting EBAs and payroll legislation to ensure accurate payments.
• Managing payroll reconciliations, PAYG, superannuation and statutory reporting.
