The opportunity Reporting to the Australia and New Zealand Payroll Manager, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst Team Lead to manage audit and compliance activities and lead historical payroll analysis and reconciliation of entitlements across systems, employee records, and employment conditions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who quickly understands payroll environments and effectively liaises between Payroll, HR, IT, and Legal. You would be part of a payroll team of 10; this Brisbane-based role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
