Boeing in Brisbane is seeking a Payroll Officer to support our centralised payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing using Aurion and PeopleSoft.

We are seeking aPayroll Officerto support our centralised payroll function and perform end‑to‑end payroll processing using both Aurion and Peoplesoft.

This role is based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with end‑to‑end payroll processing
• Maintaining payroll records and employee data
• Processing leave, payroll records and employee data
• Responding to payroll enquiries both written and verbal
• Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation
• Experience with EOFY payroll process is desirable

Experience/Qualifications

• Immediately available for a start (highly desirable)
• 2+ years' hands‑on payroll experience
• Previous experience using Aurion and PeopleSoft desirable
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, strive for results and process improvement
• Strong excel skills (Minimum of intermediate or advanced
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with others
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen
