Job summary

Capitaltpartners in Brisbane is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to join our payroll operations team on a 12-month contract. You will collaborate with the payroll operations team to review, recommend and implement changes to payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with large transactional payroll systems.
• Knowledge of EBAs, Awards and payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements, document current payroll and time/attendance processes.
• Create detailed functional specs, process maps, and use cases for new systems.
• Define business processes through investigation and information gathering.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data and identify variances.
• Review, recommend and implement payroll process changes to meet legal obligations.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation.
