Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll process and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Maintain and update employee records including payroll data and leave entitlements.
• Assist recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll queries and HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and employment regulations.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to payroll and workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and culture.
